ICPO formulation (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order)

Any authentic buyer is familiar with the rules of formulation for such documents such as an ICPO but in order to save our time we need you to sign this form. Disregarding these the sale will go to another interested party.
We always require accurate and complete documents, which can be provided to our supplier. We will always reply to those companies whose documents are prepared properly. The dotted lines……………. Can be left blank.

ICPO must be issued in both Russian and English but we will manage the Russian translation. An Example of the ICPO formulation you can read below to make the necessary changes according to what aircraft is to be purchased.

The given ICPO is a legal basis for transferring by the SELLER of the accepted names and sizes of the project of the prepared contract, and also is an integral part of the future.
