Our company markets for factories that we do not have ownership in and are not responsible for any advertising we perform for them on their behalf.

Qu: ADVERTISING

We provide an effective marketing platform for companies and their products. We try to keep costs to a minimum. Compared to Trade Fairs we feel our service offers advertisers an excellent alternative to costly promotions . We have no hidden costs. All exporters ads are owned by the respective companies, factories & shops we market for and we are not responsible for any infringements of copyright, misleading information which is given to us by these respective businesses. If in doubt we do try to make sure information given for advertising purposes is correct. If wrong we will delete and instruct the Business concerned.

Qu:  PLACING PAID ADVERTISING

We do not favor any parties and offer value for money advertising on a first come first served basis. Asian participants at the  Canadian National Exhibition paid in excess of $7,000 for stalls, fares, hotels etc with zero sales. The last German Fair also had very poor sales. Traders will get value at a fraction of the cost eg. $US30 for 6 months advertising & we send you prospective customers. We currently work for 18 Thai companies & 8 overseas companies marketing their products and or services. Paid advertising will receive priority & once we reach our target of advertisers any further submitted ads will be saved & slotted as when expiry dates come up.

Qu: EXHIBITION FAIRS

Are undoubtedly getting expensive since the advent of the internet with promoters now extracting higher stall prices & Companies who now realize it is the internet that will assist them. Even IBM pulled out of fairs in favour of other advertising promotions such as direct online marketing strategies. Thailand & Asian Companies are now looking at other media sources to access markets. This is one way that minimizes salesreps & costly advertising to access new markets.

Qu: HOW WE DELIVER

By providing links to over 100 top Advertising sites including having our own Publishing business in Thailand-FREE. To advertise effectively you must utilize the media, not just the internet, which includes newspapers, flyers, advertising media, business cards & word of mouth to convey your message. Internet is part of this but 38% is other media sources. Now the internet has too many bad sites so the competition is great. Our media links make this an even more effective marketing source for our customers. It is important you convey to readers your URL or product lines. We will publish listings of our advertisers in a whose who index in our newspaper.

Qu: PAYMENTS

People are very concerned regarding paying for services that the other party may have access to their accounts at will. We do have e-commerce but we feel it is important that our customers Trust us and that they will receive the high service they expect from us in return for what they are paying for. Details of our account will be sent to you. We refund all payments less service bank charges if you are not happy or where we cannot for some unknown reason beyond out control deliver. All payments are made by TT transfer & OR L of C and we will have credit card s using PAYPAL ONLY. Please note cheques take 60 days to clear in Thailand but we do have paypal. We do charge fees for paypal users as have to pay Bank charges. We can supply references, referees and Bank credentials and our monthly output within this website is around 4m baht. We oversee the sending of over 12 FCL mixed container loads per month on average and we aim to increase this. We also hold clients monies on behalf in escrow in our law office [ www.chiangmailaw.com ]  and this has been a success and safeguard as we use top lawyers in Thailand from International to domestic and all lawyers credentials are excellent. 

Qu: CAN WE PAY BY CREDIT CARD & PAYPAL?

 Yes we have PAYPAL.  but remember we will add on the $US50- 100 to baht fee under $US1000 transaction or approx $US150 for transactions over $US3000 and it takes over 1 week to clear to our Bank in Thailand after the TT is in Paypal. TT transfer is our other means of payment and works well with 4 - 7 days clearance; or telex or L of C on sight. You can use credit card also via Paypal direct to our bank but charges are 3000 baht or $150

Qu: WHAT OTHER WAYS TO ENSURE SAFE PAYMENT?

We have facilities whereby you can pay into an escrow account at our Law Office or down payment on certain items with balance paid when ready to ship. That means 50% deposit and the balance on shipping but please note we do levy a 500 baht TT charge for each TT remittance. When the goods are ready and shipping docs scanned and sent to you and Bill of Lading complies then final monies are released to us. On airfreight due to the airwaybill being held by us until payment we prefer full payment as if we hold and the goods arrive prior to receiving the funds we are not responsible. We only release the bill when full payment made This ensues total transparency for you and the other way is by Letter of Credit or [ LC ].  The fee is SUS200 per transaction and depending on the complexity of the transaction. Cost for Cert Of Origin 1000 baht & DHL is 1000 baht -1800 baht depending on country

Qu: REFUNDS?

We will credit buyers for max if under 3 months full refund on any monies overpaid once we send invoice out on the refund that iw owing. If not claimed with 6 months we reserve the right to hols these funds and the buyer forfeits his monies. However if the client is a regular customer we do allow credit on the articles only plus shipping or 1/2 back. After 1 year if we still hold no claims.

Qu: UNDER PAYMENTS?

We will hold the BIL Bil of Lading until complete monies are paid for shipping & or articles.

Qu: ARE YOU A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

Yes our company is fully licensed and a 3m baht registered capital Thai Company, Registered in Chiangmai  in Thailand. We also are registered exporters and if you wish to know more please call upon your local Royal Thai Embassy to certify our affiliations. We must abide by the rules set by the Thailand Customs as we are Registered customs Card holders as well as registered with the Thailand Foreign Affairs Dept Chiangmai Thailand.  We are an 9 year old established company in Thailand now,under new management

Qu: HOW DO YOU GUARANTEE PRODUCTS WHEN WE PAY

It is not within our interests should we not deliver goods to our customers or for instance keep payment from our clients. We do provide money back guarantees and if you send more money for consignments that we cannot fulfill we do return that monies left over or if ongoing business will setup in our Company account at 3% interest and return when you want or use on the next consignment. We are also registered VAT tax holders and are liable under Thai laws should we not service our clients contracts. Again please seek information at your nearest Royal Thai Embassy Trade Office about our company.

Qu: WHAT ABOUT YOUR MOTORCYCLES

Our main buyers are in the UK, NZ and USA, Bahamas, South Africa although some states in the USA like Hawaii or Calif we cannot send our bikes due to EPA regs. We have had no comeback on any bikes and we deliver as promised. For those worried about their money being TT this is the only way we can process for you but we will accept part payment and balance on shipment. However we do charge you bank fees. All L of Cs incur $US200 fee and each TT we charge 500 baht Bank fee but CC to our Bank 3000 baht charges. We quote in Thai baht and the money takes approx 4-7 days to be received into our Company account. As we are VAT rated we are a legal Thai Registered Company.  We can send details of other clients who have bought bikes off us and referrals that we do stand by our word. We no longer hold in escrow for bikes purchased under 150,000 baht as really you should buy in your own country. We have had 2 cases where the balance payment were not met so do not ask us. Our referrals are our success.

Qu: Who exports the  MOTORCYCLES

Our company works with our partner a Thai owned company in Bangkok called FTC Co Ltd, This Thai company ships and exports all new or running in miles bikes from 50cc to 200cc etc bikes worldwide. In Chiangmai where we make the VFRs/CBRs our company ships these solely via FTC. If you need further details please just ask us. All bikes are in excellent condition when sent out and to date we have had no comeback.

Qu: Who pays the duty on  MOTORCYCLES

Before buying a bike ask both your Customs and Road transport for the laws to import a bike as we do not do this? Otherwise use a freight agent who will do all the work for you and even door to door. Please note cannot send bikes to California or Hawaii due to EPA rules. To Canada must be +15 yrs old.

Qu: Guarantee on  MOTORCYCLES

We offer a guarantee 1 year on bike mechanical parts not fairings. In the past we have had buyers wanting just about every part but please read on.  If you find faults with the motor we do not replace any parts unless 1/. you send back the affected parts  2/. have all electrical parts multi tested & tests sent to us 3/. Send pics of the parts  4/.  you pay for the freight return. We also do not guarantee if a bike blows up. When a bike arrives all oils etc you should make sure are topped up and no leaks.

Qu: WHAT IF THE PRODUCTS DO NOT ARRIVE:

We insure or you can arrange this with your consignments your end. There is a $150 limitation on seafreight cargo but we will send CIF= cost /insurance/freight costs or FOB= free on board. Insurance is levied @ 1.5% of freight cargo value. We always send tracking number of your shipment so you can follow. If we do not abide by our policies you have every right to file a complaint to your nearest Royal Thailand Embassy. It is not in our interests as we lose more than you.  We do have an honest name and good standing as a Registered Thailand exporter.

Qu: SHOULD I DO EXPORTS WITH THAI COMPANIES WHO DO NOT HAVE AN EXPORT LICENSE:

No. if you lose don't blame us! as we just told you.

Qu: WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE:

We insure or you can arrange this with your consignments your end. Most goods FCL if packed right do not need to be covered but again over to you. look at 1.5-1.5% of the value of when insuring your goods and breakables. eg a motorcycle that you want insured for 80,000baht will cost approx 350baht insurance.

Qu: PLACING ADVERTISING

We will have a maximum 100 ads in each category after which time ads will be deleted as these spaces become filled & we can offer a far greater service to our paid advertisers. As time goes by ads will be replaced from 3 weeks down to 1 week or less depending on time and interest. We feel having a set maximum number of ads will allow this site to open quickly and not be a burden to viewers waiting to read ads. Simplicity is our motto but we encourage ads..

Qu: CANNOT SEND ADVERTISING

Advertisers can send text ads by email directly to us. We will endeavor to process your ad for viewing within 3 days from time of insertion. Reminding advertisers to please insert their URL, fax, Product name and Name plus Text & return email or fax. No more than 70 words when you send your ad to us please. 

Qu: THAILAND EXPORTS:

Please note some items may have quotas so find this out in your country first. Quota payments which must be made in Thailand before sending. All mail DHL, Fedex etc is now opened and copied items of clothing are now not allowed to be sent out in breach of copyright infringements. 

Qu: IMPORTER & EXPORTER ADS

Exporters and importers can update their ads whenever they like. If no updates added within 5 months the same ads will be deleted. Please maintain up to date information.

 Qu: WHAT LINKS TO OTHER NEWS MEDIA DO YOU HAVE:

Links to news media which will include the thaitrademe.com asiatrademe.com Pattaya Trader, Phuket Gazette, eThailand.com,  Bangkok Post,  sanook.com and many others including other overseas links. If you want to link to any of our sites all we ask in return is that you link our site to yours.

Qu: WHAT GUARANTEE DO WE HAVE THAT WE CAN GET HITS:

We guarantee if you do not get a minimum of 6  prospective customers we will refund your money: Diamond Plan. 3  prospective customers for Gold. We will database your information for further prospective hits to you. ie. for Diamond Plans (9 months indexing) Gold Plans (4 months).

Qu: EXPORTING SERVICES:

We cannot guarantee shipping rates stay the same and we will change if any shipping or rates change on the spot. At the moment insurance charges are changing as are bunker oil charges & we reserve the right to change quotations should this occur. Please note all quotations are given on an on the spot. USA you cannot export food or cosmetics unless the Thai Company has joined the FDA in the USA. If you send you lose the whole FCL. Check your regs in your country before you buy.

Qu: EXPORTING:

All freight forwarders offer on spot quotations which will vary if any changes to government fees or other unforseen circumstances. This includes the airlines for air freight but we are told at least 2 weeks ahead on any price increase. Again we reserve the right to change quotations with these added expenses as and when they occur. We now have the ability to book our containers direct off the shipping lines for our customers. In USA now each additional item in a FCL the price for that FCL increases.

Qu: EXPORTING CARS:

All freight forwarders offer on spot quotations which will vary if any changes to government fees or other unforseen circumstances. Again we reserve the right to change quotations with these added expenses as and when they occur. When asking us for a quotation it is important to tell us your port of entry in your country and fill address details. We will quote you up to date full prices and we do have R o R services to the UK but these must be booked prior. Payment is by TT to our company account.

Qu: BUYING CARS IN THAILAND:

If you do not see Company details on the website you buy from then DON'T BUY. There are several websites selling Toyota Vigos etc from Thailand but once you send them money you have no comeback. If they have a Registered Thai Company, hold a Customs card license and also DFT license and are affiliated with the Thai Federation of Industries then you do have comeback but if you pay to these individuals you have no comeback. All our cars are sold with insurance and we guarantee that what you order is what you get and our website is being certified as we write this August update 2008. This means we do have credibility and are honest.

Qu: SOURCING & QUALITY CONTROL:

For all foreigners using our services we can act as buying agents for you; source anything in Thailand for you and do the packing and shipping. We now have our packing facilities in Bangkok and we access our own FCL containers. It is vitally important to have someone oversee all your consignments and we can do this and guide you. Min sourcing is 1cbm.

Qu: IF WE BUY YOU SHIP: We will deliver to your shipper if you do not use our shipping services. However we only deliver and do not prepare paper work apart from Packing list of what we deliver. It is in your interest to check your shipper as some in Bangkok are not registered and there is no comeback on us. It may be you are offered a cheaper shipping quote but this does not mean you will get your goods at that price. Beware of jubious shipping companies.

Qu: PROFORMA INVOICES: We always send out a Proforma Invoice which will tell you all the shipping and transactions costs. These invoices if air freight we do reserve the right to add the costs of changed air freight per kg rates as and when they change. As some of our exports may take 1-2 months to make and pack please note this change. AT THE MOMENT AIR FREIGHT RATES CHANGED 2 TIMES IN August 2008 AND are liable to change whenever there is a fluctuation in oil prices so we reserve the right to change Invoices as and when air and sea freight change.

Qu: CAN YOU SUGGEST BUT NOT ARRANGE HOTEL Yes we can SUGGEST for you to stay in a Hotel according to your budget or even a condo for 800 baht per night in Nana Soi 4 Sukhumvit which is close to everything yet peaceful and off the street. Safe and secure. For Garment buyers we recommend:

Qu: CREDIT REFERENCES:If you are worried about our credit please note we are members of various Thailand Business Associations and we credit ourselves that we stand by our Business exports and payments or money back guarantee. We are partners in a Thailand Law Office / Real Estate / Publishing / export-trade businesses and we can furnish references of exporters and reputable shipping companies who use our services & us theres.  All first time exporters our terms are solely TT transfers. Other references are Amex cardholders since 1982 & now Bangkok Bank Visa Card holders.

Qu: SHIPPING & PACKING SERVICES: We have our own shipping now. Our Depot for packing and fumigation is in Soi 62 Sukhumvit. All quotes are workdwide for LCL to containers. We also clear customs for impoters and handle all logistics around Thailand. For all garment exports our packing is at Pratunam only for garments. Our turn arounds are quick and we can airfreight within 2 days of your goods coming to our depot. We handle everything from cars, bike to cothing and personal and we also can get Customs clearance on anything including Buddhas and art works.

Qu: SHIPPING PICKING UP GARMENTS: We have our own trucks and can pick up garments anywhere in Bangkok or your own personals for sending home. We also have our own transport services from Pattaya to bangkok and visa versa
