We sell used and new Russian helicopters & deliver direct to you or you collect.  All NEW helicopter sales we invite you to visit our manufacturing  helicopter factory. We can execute your order for you either in Ulan-Ude or in Kazan. For this purpose you will need to inform us how many persons will be in your delegation. Those wishing to make purchases must send copies of their passports for travel abroad as all factories are military installations. This takes approx 2 weeks to seek approval then you are allowed to view and discuss your buy. Transportation & delivery of helicopters at the signing of the contract is not included in the purchase price but we  can facilitate delivery by sea or plane using an An-124 at the request of the customer.

We can offer installation of VIP saloon and cabin to any type Mi-17 at the premises of Russia`s major Mi-17 manufacturer - Kazan Helicopters.

- We can provide VIP conversions for any MI helicopters. The single cost of VIP saloon and all corresponding equipment (including IT and telecommunication systems) with US/European certification - varies from US$ 1 m up depending on the requirement list of installed equipment.
- A used Mi-17 VIP - the cost varies from US$ 5.5 m and up depending on the year of manufacture.
- Partly new Mi-17 VIP (new airframe, used aggregates)
- Brand new Mi-17 VIP - the cost varies from US$ 8-10 mln and up depending on type and class of installed VIP equipment

Installation of any of these conversions into VIP take 1-3 calendar months.

 

ADDITIONAL EXTRAS:

1/. Hoist SLG-300 - allows to pull up maximum weight of 300 kg either 2 people
to the altitude of up to 60 meters
2/. Water landing system - AERAZUR

3/. Can add any modification clients want installed.

An agreement between the government of Tatarstan and Ulan Ude Aviation Plan - one of the two top manufacturers of MI-17 (MI-8MTV) helicopters---- Kazan Helicopter Center has been nominated by the Government of Tatarstan as a direct representative of Ulan Ude Aviation Plan in the regions of South and Southeast Asia. It guarantees production quotas for the remainder of year .
We can now provide a unique opportunity for customers to offer any quantity (from one up till ten units) of MI-17 helicopters at the lowest factory price around $US 10 mln US Dollars per one helicopter in standard transport modification (can be customized to offer passenger/SAR/ambulance modifications) with full guarantees of manufacture and deliver to customers` destination points , on condition the signing of the contract has been made before the end of the year 2008.
Please note this is unique as nobody else on the market can offer such quantities of MI-17 hrelicopters at the price of the manufacturer with full delivery guarantees. We can now supply one up till 10 brand new MI-17 helicopters directly from the manufacturer with set delivery period.
