New air law chapters have been introduced in Russia, and the law requires from now and onwards that end user must be disclosed at the very first stage even to allow primary inspection of aircraft. Apart from  the listed helicopters you can get through our company helicopters we can obtain most  helicopters from any Design office in Russia new and/or overhauled MI-171/MI-171, we do need an official written request from any end user specifying which aircraft is needed and in what condition/specification. THIS REQUEST MUST BE PRINTED on official company letterhead and duly signed/stamped. Without this written request for purchase from any end user we cannot proceed to organize technical inspection and further negotiation with aircraft. Please note we have reps in many countries & we do not do tenders as these are conducted direct from Kazan via Governments of the countries so brokers on tenders will not be answered

PAYMENT: all helicopters are sold in Russia from either the factories or at designated airfields. Once information is given to you we can organize for your delegation to come to inspect these Russian helicopters. We can arrange all accommodation & pickup but will need copy of your passport. Time for inspection allow 3 days.  All modifications can be discussed on site or by email to us with your request and we can comply with most requests for refurbishing to your specifications & VIP standards. We can deliver to your designated country by Antanov AN124 or other available aircraft which is an extra option and paint the helicopter in your colours. All payments are FOB $US and can be organized once you inspect and test fly the helicopters. We only deal with Companies. We do not entertain quotes for Government tenders so please do not ask us. Some countries including Pakistan and India the Russian Helicopter manufacturer factory have their own agents so we will not answer any broker inquiries to these countries. Payments can be negotiated and all inspections clients will need to forward their passport copies for us to provide visas to Russia for inspection purposes. All payments via LC are via Banks of our nomination in compliance with Company policy.Helicopters with armaments must go via Rosoboronexport the official Russian consignee not via us.
