AVIATION COMPLEX OF SUPPRESSION OF SURFACE FIRES ON THE BASIS OF MI-14 PZH HELICOPTER

2.1. Features of the helicopter`s design
The first variant.
The tank with capacity of 4000 liters is installed inside of the fuselage of the helicopter. The tank fillup is made on hovering mode with the help of two electric pumps located on the end of sleeves. The design of the pump unit allows to withdraw/take water from reservoirs or mountain streams with the depth not less than 0,4 meters. The evacuation of water from container is made by opening of the shutters located in the bottom part of the water tank. The part of a design of the tank is located in a special compartment of the helicopter between caissons-tanks under a floor of a cargo cabin of a fuselage.
Lowering and lifting of the pump unit with sleeves in a reservoir is made for a water fence with the help of electric winch ЛПГ-150 or manual winch БЛ-47. The water fence is made on hovering mode at height of 1,5 -2 meters above the reservoir surface.
The second variant.
There is a possibility of usage of the external water discharging device (EWD)(that is similar to those of Mi-8MTV) at installation of an. The water fence is made by lowering EWD in a reservoir on a hovering mode.

2.3. Resources and service life
2.3.1.   Initial (between-overhauls) - 1000 hours and 8 years with possibility of prolongation up to 1500 hours.
2.3.2.   Assigned - 5000 hours
2.3.3.   The assigned service life of Mi-14PZH helicopter – according to the technical condition (assigned service life  of Mi-8MTV-1 and Mi-8AMT helicopters and their modifications is 30 years).
2.3.4.   The Certificate of Airworthiness is issued under the Type Certificate of Mi-14PZH helicopter of  the Aviation Authorities of Ukraine.

The price of Mi-14 PZH helicopter:

1. with TV3-117VM engines of 02 series – $US4,950 000 US dollars;
2. with overhauled modernized engines TV3-117VMA-CBM1V - $US 5 600 000 US dollars;
3. with new TV3-117VMA-CBM1V engines– $US 6,100 000 US dollars.

The terms of delivery: FCA – Ukraine (according to Incoterms 2010).
The terms of payment: 50% of advance payment is executed after the inspection of the helicopter at the Aircraft overhaul plant and the rest 50%  - when the helicopter is ready after the overhaul.  
The time of delivery: the first helicopter will be delivered within 120 days and each subsequent helicopter – within 30 days.
