ROADWAYS AND HIGHWAYS & EXPRESSWAYS
IN BANGKOK THAILAND HIGHWAY 7 HEADING TO PATTAYA FROM BANGKOK
The highways and expressways in the Bangkok hub are well sign posted but one needs to know where theyre going as a missed turnoff you could find it takes a long time to regain your tracks. We are slowly giving you a picture story of the roads in Bangkok and roads to Pattaya etc.
Remember you can not drive trucks with loads on the expressways until after 10am in the mornings. Make sure your loads are secure and you display a red flag on the back, All loads on pickups must be covered with canvas but you would.t think it when you see the loads. There is a height restriction but this is never endorsed
Note the above pickup does not have cover over the settee or a red flag displayed.
As for this Pickup??? well the laws are not enforced on heights??
THE EXPRESSWAY THAT GOES TO BANGKOK IF THERE WAS WATER UNDERNEATH IT WOULD BE THE LARGEST BRIDGE IN THE WORLD. This 4 laner is great to travel on with only one Tollway from the start at the end to Bangna @ 105 baht then you can travel on to Chang Wattana or DinDaeng or Rama 1V road or link up with Rama 9 roadway. The road is well sign posted and you get a birds eye view of the surrounding areas of Bangkok. When you drive on top you get a card which tells you how much you have to pay if you wish to drop down at Bang Bo or Bangna or the turnoff that takes you to Bang Pa In. No motorcycles are allowed ot tuktuks and loaded pickups higher than the cab height or any extended loads.
