	Dhira YOONAIDHARMA, born 1957, LL.M. Thammasat University, barrister-at-law admitted in Thailand in 1982. Partner. His preferred areas of work are corporate and commercial law and transactions, as well as direct foreign investment in Thailand. He has also worked in regulatory and transactional matters of finance and insurance law and he has litigation and arbitration experience in his fields of expertise. He is a member of the board of the Swiss-Thai Chamber of Commerce. He speaks Thai and English.
	Namphon NIYOMTHUM, born 1974, L.L.B. Thammasat University, Certificate of Understanding the US. Legal System, University of California, San Diego and LL.M. California Western School of Law. She is an associate of the firm and has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law as well as international and intellectual property law. She speaks Thai and English.
	Somkeat VESARANANTH, born 1957, LL.B. Ramkhamhaeng University. Member of the Thai bar association. His preferred areas of work are civil and criminal litigation, as well as insolvency procedures. He also has extensive experience in real estate matters and inheritance law. He works as counsel in litigation and real estate matters and speaks Thai and English.
	Prapanpong CHAIKUMHARN, born 1969, LL.B. Ramkhamhaeng University, barrister-at-law. His preferred areas of work are commercial, labor, taxation, international trade and intellectual property litigation as well as intellectual property law enforcement. He speaks Thai and English.
