Welcome to our NEW "Gian Pacific Homes" high quality portable homes, offices and modular buildings fully weather proof made in Thailand. As at 2008 we have our own factory and only make on spec. We are looking for partners worldwide to make. We are also making Kitset Cottages in Chiangmai soon for NZ in kitsets. This is a new business. The container office below we do not make but can export the same size to NZ & Australian specs.
SPECIFICATIONS As at November 2007 we have our own factory and only make on spec so the pics below are examples only. We are looking for partners worldwide to make & we are designing and making a kitset cottage for the NZ Market: steel roof, aluminium ranchslider & windows & tiled roof with verandah.

SPECS OF CONTAINER OFFICES:
Wall and ceilings are made of prefabricated panels. Each wall an ceiling has a polystyrene foam core. The top layer of the panel is pre painted and zinc coated steel. Finishing on the underside is well made; energy efficient & excellent in all climates.
The following materials of GP 30-120-25 are included. Cabin size: width 3000mm; length 1200mm; height 2500mm.
1/. Skid mounted steel structure for lifting
2/.Prefabricated panel 50mm thickness for the walls and 75mm for ceiling.
3/. 16mm viva board for floors and flintkoted.
4/. 1 swing main opening door pre painted and zinc coated steel size 800 x 2000mm
complete with door lock and aluminium frames
6/. 4 Aluminium swing windows size 800 x 1050mm with cool gray glass
7/. 6 sets of 1 x 36 watt flouresecent lamps with switchs & plugs
8/. Main splitter box and circuit breakers
9/. Electric wiring in PVC & cable ducting
10/. 8” ventilation fan
11/. Fittings and mountings for air con ( can be installed by us extra).
