Welcome to our NEW "Gian Pacific Homes" high quality portable homes, offices and modular buildings fully weather proof made in Thailand. Please note the models on this page are what used to be made. As at November 2007 we have our own factory and only make on spec so the pics below are examples only. We are looking for partners worldwide to make & we are designing and making a kitset cottage for the NZ Market: steel roof, aluminium ranchslider & windows & tiled roof with verandah.

| 1/ Structure is quadrilateral box made of 3x3" steel & reinforced floor 3x 1.5"every 40cm with water catchment trough 4"for strength. | 2/. Walls: alumzinc side walls with polystyrene foam insulation for heat/cold protection. Roof 3"& wall thickness 2". |
| 3/. We use imported wall linings with galvanized roof with silicone polyester colour enamel for heat bearing. | 4/. Sherra ëxterior wall linings woodgrain 6-8"widths |
| 5/. Use viva board floor with thickness 16mm. All steel sections painted with rust protection paint. Resine tiles also used | 6/. TOA or Jotun Epoxy rust tech paint used with all structures |
| 7/. Electricity to country standards. Splitter box with auto circuit breakers. Power amp 32amp. Switches inside /outside according to customers wants. | 8/. Bathroom: tiles 8x8"nonslip; sanitary cotto flush toilet, washbasin, shower tray American standards, vanity, soap tray & railings |
| 9/. Guarantee for 1 year all cabinet & electrical fittings. Paint guarantee for 2 years | 10/. Split type air conditioner size 16000 BTU with every unit. |
Please note these homes have to be shipped by bulk carrier & not as a container due to overhangs etc
