Mini bus tours from Pattaya to Hat Lek and from Hat Lek to Sihanoukville for about $US25?? as well as the return trip. You can book direct with Brian. The new bridge over the Koh Kong River has been finished April 4th thanks to the Japanese but you still have to go over 4 rivers by ferry which is a good break from sitting in the mini bus for the 5-6 hour drive.

Sihanoukville is a small town but has sealed roads and the road from Phnom Penh is great. You can catch an air con bus from central market at Phnom Penh for $3 (check as could have changed) and it takes 4 hours on a nice sealed road to Sihanoukville with one stop to stretch your legs. Once you get to Sihanoukville you will see the Caltex gas station about 100 metres up the road-- turn the corner and look up and you will see the Fishman's Den down the road.
