RACING EXPORT HONDA Bikes :  The VFR and RVF have been GREAT in Supersport 400 production-based racing over many years. While the 250cc two-strokes were unreal in the early 90s, the four-strokes have proved to be more reliable. Setting up a 400 for racing is a straightforward task and these bikes are popular & fast even in Thailand.
Racing  Modifications:  brake pads (EBC Double H), Denso Spark plugs and a Scorpion exhaust can with 115 main jets. Stock suspension copes well on short circuit racing & even TTs.

Model: VFR400 1990-1998 Capacity: 399cc Bore/Stroke: 55X42mm Weight: 185kg Tyre size: Rear: 150/60/18, Front: 120/60/17 Fuel cap.: 15+3Litres Front tyre = Torque 120/70Rear tyre = 150/60 (18" rim) Wheelbase = 1345mm Dry weight = 170kg Power = 56bhp @ 12,750rpm  26 lb-ft @ 9,700rpm. Top speed 120 mph but with hotup specs can bring up to 62-65 bhp =150mph.

Model: NSR250R (MC21) Capacity: 249cc Bore/Stroke: 54X54.5mm Weight: 157kg Tyre size: Rear: 150/60/17, Front: 110/70/17 Fuel cap.: 16+1.2Litres. Perhaps the fastest 250cc bike in its day. tremendous acceleration.
