BIKE WEEK DECEMBER 6TH & 7TH 2008
The above bike belongs to Larry a USA proud owner built in Thailand. This Harley has the largest SS big block motor
imported from the USA especially & we shipped this amazing Harley to New Orleans

Not much happening during the day as everyone was out riding. Northern Comets mostlly put this on for the Harley owners and if you look at their banners there is no sponsership from any of the bike groups in the Chiangmai North! They all seem to shrug them off. I must say tho that they (Nothern Comets) did put the whole thing on for free, which usually costs 1200bht for the weekend ? If they continue this way they will attract a larger crowd so note this down for next year. Formulate is the weekend 13th December which is the big rock party at night but not many bikes around during the day in CM. We did see Pattaya Pythons though.. The Thai Rock band CARABAO were here. The North Comet cheer leaders did there thing??
Local MC Clubs were there with many older members from overseas
and the usual Thai stalls selling Biker stuff
& some cool looking bikes there!!!

These guys know bikes in Chiangmai from fixing to transport with their Mobile Van equipped workshop and bike trailer so keep it in mind if riding the North of Thailand & "yu" have a problem. Don't forget if ringing Chuck or Eak put an "8" between the "0" & the "1" but rest assured Chuck's an old Vietnam Vet who knows his bikes
