PROJECT SCOPE:

Ballistic specifications at UL Level VII, B6 covers 7.62 X 39mm AK-47 123 grains @ 2700 ft./sec., 7.62X51mm, 7.62X54R mm149 grains, 3080 Ft./sec., 5.56mm M193 ballistic rounds. Transparent Secur*Glass with be a 44mm thickness. All windshield, rear doors side quarter glass and back doors will be replaced with curved and contoured to retain original appearance of vehicle and manufactured by USA Secur*Glass Corporation. All UL certifications provided by HP White testing labs. Front driver/passenger door to be operable with a 6” drop opening. All doors, pillar posts, side panels, kick–panels, firewall and headers (laterals) will be armored with Ballistic Steel and UL certified(see attached) and heat treated ballistic steel. Secur*Glass will overlap with no soft spot protection throughout vehicle. The roof will be armored with armor steel. The floor will be armored with the armor steel form fit to contour to the floor board and panels. Special desert sand tires. Fragment protected wrap for fuel tank. Four (4) run flat tire inserts.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Delivery date is subject to production schedule at time of order. Deliveries for individual vehicles may Require 3-4 weeks after receipt of firm order based on receipt of armored materials and special accessories. For quantity orders, production can be organized to provide delivery rates of 2-10 vehicles per week depending on the order sizes and customer requirements

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

100% of Vehicle price and 50% of armoring price as deposit. Balance payment at shipment or Confirmed Letter Of Credit.
