Must take bus from railway station to airport. TAXI STANDS: 2x 5 storey car parking connected to the passenger building. Over 15,600 cars. 20 taxis all the time at the arrivals lounge. Free shuttle if coming by bus to the terminal or just go to the domestic arrivals on the 4th floor as many taxis.  BUSES: Access to the Public Transport Centre then free shuttle to the departure & vice versa if wanting a bus into Bangkok. They are well posted but can take a long time around 5pm and peak traffic hours 35 baht fare. The best downtown would be Victory Monument No 551. Bues also run direct to Pattaya etc and upcountry with min buses also available. AIRPORT ACCESS: Access by 5 routes: 1/. Northern Access: an 8 lane from Bangkok-Chon Buri top the passenger terminal  2/. NW access: a 8 lane to Rom Kalo & King Kaeo Rds 3/. South: 4 lane to bang Na-Trat & Buraphavithi (East Route) expressay. 4/. NE: 4 lanes to On Nut & BTS 5/. West: 4 lanes to king Kaeo Rd. Rail access will be ready in 2008.
