OPTIONS ON ADVERTISING YOUR PROPERTY:

1/.OPTION  IF YOU SELL: If you want properties listed with full page on our 2 websites plus pics and text run for 6 months in our Chiangmai Trader News we charge a flat 5000 baht rate until sold. After 6 months we remove the pic and reduce the ad to 40 words with link to the site which run for max 1 year or when you sell before that date. The ad in the Trader can be a 15 line with pic in a block. You can add other properties and have 10-12 pics on as well on the website. We also list the property on other sites we know that get good hits in this price & post a free ad each month in Pattaya on hardcopy.

2/.OPTION IF WE SELL FOR YOU we charge 3% commission on the sale price. If you sell yourself then no charge to us. All Businesses we now charge 5% commission.

3/.OPTION IF YOU WANT US TO LINK TO YOUR WEBSITE but still advertise on hardcopy in the Trader News we charge 2000 baht for 6 months with pic. No fees for us or commission if you are the seller.

4/.OPTION IF YOU SELL & want a listing on our website this is free for 2 months after which time we allow you the option to pay a set charge rate of 2000 baht which allows you advertising space in the Chiangmai Trader News for 6 months with pic as well as website. Should you sell your property within this time we do not refund the balance. Each month= 350 baht & a savings of 300 baht. Your email is listed not ours.

5/.OPTION If you want us to sell for you SOLELY we charge 5% commission Houses, land & condos; 5% Businesses. With this you receive block ads in both the Chiangmai Trader News, plus we post to other realty sites in Thailand for you & really push for a sale. Value saving. Remember we are asking now for sole agency rights for one year once contract is signed with you. WE MAKE A POINT OF SELLING YOUR BUSINESS OR PROPERTY.

6/.OPTION Exclusive listing as sole agent we offer you extra incentive. rate 6-10% by negotiation. With this we list you world wide; plus hard copy ads.

Remember we do not ask for any Sole Agency in return ( unless you use Option 5) & you can use our website (your property) to link to any other Realty which in effect will bypass us on a sale. Need further help just ask us:
